Grievance Redressal Cell

At NGFCET, Grievance Redressal Cell attempts to address genuine problems and complaints of students, whatever be the nature of the problem. Students are encouraged to use the suggestion boxes placed in different sections of the campus to express constructive suggestions and grievances. Students may also express their grievances online by filling out the form below.

Students are requested to note that making a complaint is serious and therefore they are to use this power in a responsible manner. The college assures students that once a complaint is made, it will be treated with sensitivity and confidentiality.


The Cell deals with grievances received in writing or through online portal from students/staff about any of the following matters:

  • Academic Matters: Related to timely issue of duplicate mark sheets, transfer certificates, character certificates.
  • University Matters: Related to semester results, examination related matters.
  • Financial Matters: Related to dues and payments for various items from fee, library, hostels, etc.
  • Library Matters: Issue and return of books, syllabus, university question papers.
  • Accommodation Matters: Related to hostels, food, activities.
  • Other matters: Related to certain misgivings about conditions of sanitations, availability of transport, etc.

The complaints will be attended promptly on receipt of written grievances from the students. The cell will formally review all complaints and will act accordingly as per the management policy.
