    OVERVIEW

    The branch of Mechanical Engineering is the study of material, machine and method popularly known as 3M. The above parameters along with another M i.e. Man form the basic requirement of everything we have today.

    The M.Tech program in Mechanical Engineering (ME) is a research based program that imparts the knowledge, skills and attitude to contribute to world class research in the area of ME.

    In short, we can say that mechanical engineering is the base of all engineering and base of our life. . As a mechanical engineer you are expected to have high cognitive skills to design, manufacture and for maintenance of mechanical systems.
